From this point of view, we conceptualized our housing and residential project in Kartal; a district neighbour to the Kartal Urban Transformation Area which is planned to be of the newest and most popular settlement area in Istanbul. The development is planned at the intersection point of key roadways, airway, seaway and metro networks that will substantially solve the transportation problem in Istanbul.
